SOCIAL IMPACT OF SHRIMP CULTIVATION ON WOMEN IN RURAL BANGLADESH: OPINION OF WOMEN OF TWO SELECTED VILLAGES OF BAGERHAT DISTRICT

چکیده
This article intends to describe the social impact of shrimp cultivation on rural women Bangladesh based empirical study. It was found that relationship has been affected since commencement farming in study area. Majority respondents were unable maintain their previous status due cultivation. Moreover, created various problems like increase rate dowry, divorce, male polygamy, crime villages, family conflict, problem girls wedding, violence etc. Women’s life style changed and they greatly cultivation.
